CANCELLATION POLICY

R.V. AND TENTS: Any cancellation will incur a $10.00 processing fee. If you cancel less than two (2) weeks before your reservation, but more than one (1) week, you will be charged for one night. If you cancel less than one week, or if no notice is given at all, you will be charged for the entire reservation.

CABINS: Any cancellation will incur an $10.00 processing fee. If you cancel less than two (2) weeks before your reservation, or if no notice is given at all, you will be charged for the entire reservation.

SPECIAL RATES

WEEKLY - Pay for 6 consecutive nights and get the 7th FREE

MONTHLY - $600.00 Water & Electric (30 AMP), Sewer & Cable - Based on 2 people - NO CABINS

MONTHLY - $650.00 Water & Electric (50 AMP), Sewer & Cable - Based on 2 people-NO CABINS

ALL MONTHLY SITES WILL BE ASSIGNED

$2.00 - Per Day Additional Charge for Air-Conditioning

$60.00 - Monthly Additional Charge for Electric Heat
